This home has direct access to VAST trails and only 10 minutes to Mount Snow. In the summer enjoy the Vermont nights on the 12x16 deck. Very affordable alternative. Very up to date home gas heat efficent in winter. This is a vacation only park could be used for months at a time just not to be used as full time residence. $100 month covers plowing shoveling mowing water septic and on site security. Year built not correct.
